Departing from Puerto Ayora at 7:30, we'll sail about 2 hours to Floreana Island, where we'll begin a land excursion full of history and nature. Aboard a chiva (open-air bus) we'll reach Asilo de la Paz, a historic site with the Pirate Cave and the freshwater spring that supplied the first families who settled in Galápagos. Here you'll hear fascinating stories, including the famous tale of the Baroness and her lovers.
The adventure continues with a visit to La Lobería, a 900-meter trail where you can see up close sea lions and marine iguanas in their natural environment.
