The island of Daphne Major is a crater that is located to the north of Santa Cruz island, which serves as a habitat of various types of coastal birds that nest along the same. It is not an island to which you can land, but bird watching from the boat and also snorkeling activities.

During the snorkeling you can swim close to different types of rays, reef fish, sea turtles and sharks. The tour continues with a stop in Bay Borrero, where you can disembark to find endemic species of the islands as herons, lava gulls, pelicans, and zayapas.
