Santa Isabela is one of the islands most representative within the archipelago, located to the west of the province is home to many endemic species and native to the Galapagos islands, among which we can find penguins, blue-footed boobies, flamingos, giant tortoises, marine iguanas, sea lions, reef sharks and a large amount of fish.

It consists of two activities: Tour of Bay or also called Blue because of the islet that has the same name where you can see reef sharks; and the tour of earth to search for the flamingos and giant tortoises, a few steps from the town of Puerto Villamil.
